Argentinian President Mauricio Macri signed a degree that toughens immigration law to speed up the deportation process and bar entry to foreigners with criminal records.  The decree greenlights the prompt deportation of thousands of foreign inmates currently serving sentences in Argentina and has received some backlash from community groups and humanitarian organizations.
